I didn't grow up with money. There was no trust fund, no head start. I watched my parents work hard for everything. I learned early that if I wanted something different, I had to build it myself.
I got into property and quickly saw the system wasn't built for people like me. The fancy words, the gatekeeping, the suits who made you feel like an outsider. It was set up to keep everyday people on the sidelines. But I kept going. I studied, I asked questions, and I refused to be pushed out.
Building my own property portfolio from the ground up taught me something no textbook could: you don't need to be rich to build wealth. You just need to understand how it works and have good people beside you.
That's why I started Delphi & Co. Not to sell property — to help everyday Australians build real wealth through it. The goal was always the position.
I wanted to be the guide I wish I'd had. Someone who talks straight. Someone who picks up the phone. Someone who actually cares about your family's future.
